Chris Evans came to Newcomb and Company in October of 1994.  He started with the company as a lead installer and soon moved into a supervisor's position.  During his role as a field supervisor, Chris refined installation practices which enhanced Newcomb's customer service and efficiency.  He went on to receive his State of North Carolina Heating 3 License to began designing HVAC systems and also became IGSHPA-Geothermal Accredited. As an estimator and designer, he has had the opportunity to design very unique projects such as Gimghoul Castle in Chapel Hill and Tatton Hall here in Raleigh.  Chris is now the Vice President for the Residential Install Department and continues to oversee residential replacements, renovations, and new construction projects, as well as, commercial replacement and construction projects.  After 27 years of experience in the HVAC business, helping customers and building lasting relationships still remains his passion.
